Here's the house and front yard. It has 2/3 bedrooms, 1 bath, eat in kitchen, full unfinished basement, a shed, and a porch on both the north and south sides ... all on a corner lot.

This is the south porch or sunporch you might call it. It has plenty of windows and looks out onto roses bushes, grape vines, rhododendron and wild raspberries! Might be a great place for a wrought iron table and your morning coffee!

This is the master bedroom on the left and the second bedroom on the right. Each with a closet. Fresh paint and new window treatments throughout the house by the way... That door in the second bedroom opens up into what would be the third bedroom in the following pics.

Off the kitchen is this little landing here, with a pantry type closet, and a door which leads to the sunporch. In the second image there on the left there's a door. In there is the washer and dryer which are included.

The basement. Welcome to an additional almost 650 SF of utilitarian utopia! This full basement stays bone dry in the heaviest of rains. There's a total of 86 shelves which are semi permanently affixed to the foundation. You could finish it and make bedrooms (teenagers would love it!), a giant playroom ... great if you're an artist of some type ... musician ... anything! Great potential!
